Who we are

By browsing this site or placing an order through it, you are agreeing to what is written on this page. If something here does not sit right with you, please talk to us before ordering.

Products and photos

The photos and descriptions on this site are there to show you what a product is like. Colour on a screen, lighting and packaging can differ a little from the piece in your hand, and product packaging is sometimes changed by the manufacturer without notice.

If the exact piece matters to you — and with watches it often does — message us on WhatsApp. We will send live photos or a short video of the actual item before you order. That is the surest way to know what you are getting.

The online catalogue is only part of what the shop stocks. Plenty of things sit on our shelves in Sirsi that are not listed here yet. Ask, and we will tell you what we have.

Prices and stock

Prices on this site are in Indian Rupees. The price shown is what you pay for the product itself — delivery is charged separately, as set out in the Shipping Policy.

• Prices can change at any time without notice.
• Stock can run out — the same item is sold over the counter at the shop too.
• If a price or detail on the site is obviously wrong, or an item is out of stock, we will tell you before taking the order forward. Nothing is charged for an order we cannot fulfil.

When an order is confirmed

Sending us your basket on WhatsApp is your request to buy — it is not yet a confirmed order. An order is confirmed only when we confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone. Until then, we may not have the item in hand or may not be able to deliver to your location.

We may decline or cancel an order, and we will always tell you why. Reasons are usually simple ones: the item is out of stock, the address is outside where we can deliver, the contact number does not work, or the order looks like a mistake or a prank.

Payment

Please make UPI payments only to the details we give you directly on WhatsApp, by phone, or at the shop. We will never ask for your UPI PIN, an OTP, or a card or bank password. Anyone who does is not us.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Please give a correct address and a phone number that is reachable. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could be reached, we will contact you to sort it out.

Offers and discount codes

Any offer, discount or code shown on this site works only on the conditions written along with it — for example a minimum order value. Offers can be changed or withdrawn at any time, and they cannot be exchanged for cash.

Using this site fairly

Simple things, simply put. Please do not:

• Place fake orders, or orders in somebody else's name or with somebody else's number.
• Try to break, overload, scrape or interfere with the site or its content.
• Use our name, photos or listings to pass yourself off as Munna Electronics.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

We may stop serving anyone who does these things.

Content and brand names

The layout, text and our own photographs on this site belong to Munna Electronics. Please do not copy them for another shop or website.

Brand names and logos that appear on this site belong to their respective owners. We use them only to describe the products we sell. We do not claim to be an authorised dealer or agent of any brand unless we have told you so directly, in writing, for that specific product.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for the products we sell you: that you get what you ordered, in working condition, and that the returns and refunds on this site are honoured. If we get something wrong, tell us and we will put it right.

Beyond that, our responsibility for any one order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect losses — for instance a missed occasion because a parcel was delayed by transport or weather. We also cannot promise this website will always be available or completely free of errors.

Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, repairs and replacements under that warranty follow the manufacturer's terms. We will help you with the process.

Links to other sites

This site links out to WhatsApp and to our Instagram. Once you leave, you are on their platform under their terms and their privacy policies, not ours.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page as the shop changes — for example when we start accepting card payments. The version on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when it changed.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts at Sirsi, Karnataka.

Before it ever gets that far, please just call or message us. Most things get sorted out in one conversation.
