What this website does with your information — and, mostly, what it does not do.

Munna Electronics is a shop on Natraj Road in Sirsi. This website is how we show you what we sell. It is deliberately simple, and so is this policy.
- There are no accounts and no passwords on this site.
- Your cart, wishlist, saved address and order history are stored in your own browser, on your own device.
- We do not run advertising trackers or analytics on this site.
- What you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email is what we actually use to serve you.
- We do not sell or rent anyone's details to anybody.
No accounts, no passwords
You cannot sign up here and there is nothing to log into. We never ask you to create a password, so there is no password of yours for us to keep or lose.
What stays in your browser
To make the site usable, a few things are saved in your browser's local storage — on your device. They are not sent to any server of ours. If you open the site on a different phone or laptop, or in a private window, none of it will be there.

What you tell us when you order
If you save your details in your account, or type them into the contact form, that information is stored on your own device with the order, and it exists for one reason: so we can confirm the order and get the parcel to you.
Every order is confirmed with you on WhatsApp or by phone before we pack anything. The details you share in that conversation are what we use to pack, address and deliver your parcel. If someone else carries the parcel to you, they get only what is needed for the delivery — your name, address and phone number.
We keep basic order and billing records at the shop, the same way any shop keeps its bills. We do not use your number to send marketing messages.
WhatsApp, phone and email
Most of our conversations happen on WhatsApp. Those chats travel through WhatsApp's own service and are handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not ours — the same as any other chat on your phone. On our side, a chat is just a chat with a customer.
The same goes for email to mohmmedkaif92@gmail.com and for phone calls. We use them to answer you, and nothing else.
Please don't send us card numbers, UPI PINs, OTPs or bank passwords on WhatsApp or email. We will never ask for them, and nobody legitimate ever will.
Trackers and analytics
This site does not run advertising trackers, marketing pixels or analytics scripts. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not follow you to other websites.
The contact form on this site is not connected to a mail server — it is there for the layout. To actually reach us, use WhatsApp, phone or email.
Other services this page loads
Two honest details, because "no trackers" should not hide anything:
- The font used across the site is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser fetches the font file from Google's servers. We receive nothing from that request.
- Product photos are loaded from our own website's image folder. Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to those companies' apps and sites, where their own policies apply.
Clearing your local data
It is your device, so you are in control:
- Remove items one by one from the Cart and Wishlist pages.
- Tap the search box and use Clear next to "Recent searches" to wipe your search history.
- To remove everything at once, clear site data for this website in your browser settings — usually under Privacy, then "Clear browsing data" or "Site settings". Browsing in a private or incognito window keeps nothing after you close it.
Clearing local data removes it from your device only. It does not cancel an order you have already placed — for that, message us on WhatsApp.
Children
This site is meant for adults who can place an order and pay for it. It is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If how we work changes — for example if we add online card payments — we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies.
