These are the numbers this website works on. Everything below is just the same thing explained properly.

Delivery charges

Orders are placed on WhatsApp, and the delivery charge is part of that conversation. We tell you what it will be — for your address, for what you are buying — before anything is packed or paid for. Nothing is added afterwards.

• Delivery in and around Sirsi — we quote the charge in the chat before you confirm.
• Further away — send us your pincode and we will check what it costs, or tell you if we cannot deliver there.
• Picking up from the shop — no delivery charge at all.

Dispatch and delivery time

We pack and send your order within 1–2 working days of confirming it. After that, delivery usually takes 2–5 days depending on where you are. Sirsi and the areas around it are quickest.

Working days mean the days the shop and the transport are actually open, so a holiday can push things by a day. Heavy rain, a transport strike or a festival rush can do the same. If something is going to be late, we would rather tell you on WhatsApp than let you wonder.

Where we deliver

Our delivery is focused on Sirsi and the nearby areas. We can often send to other places in Karnataka and beyond, but we confirm it on WhatsApp before you place the order — that way nobody pays for something we cannot actually deliver.

So if you are outside Sirsi, the safest order is: send us a message with your pincode first. It takes a minute and we will tell you honestly whether we can deliver there and how long it will take.

Free pickup from the shop

You are always welcome to collect your order yourself. Pickup is free, there is no delivery charge, and you can see and check the product in your hand before paying.

Message us before you come and we will keep the item ready at the counter.

Payment options

Right now you can pay in two ways:

• Cash on Delivery — pay when the order reaches you.
• UPI — pay by any UPI app.

We do not accept card or netbanking payments online yet. If that changes, this page will say so.

How we confirm an order

An order is on its way only once we have confirmed it with you on WhatsApp or by phone. We do that to check the item is actually in stock and that the address is right, before anything is packed or sent.

If you would rather see the product first, message us on WhatsApp — we will send live photos or a short video of the exact piece, along with the price and stock.

Checking your order status

Your order lives in the WhatsApp chat you placed it in, so the whole history is already on your phone — what you ordered, the price we agreed and when.

For the current status of a parcel — where it is, when it will reach — reply in that same chat. A person will answer, not a bot.

Late or damaged parcels

Please open and check the parcel when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos on WhatsApp. We will sort it out — the full process is on the Returns & Refunds page.

If a delivery is running later than the days above, message us and we will find out what happened and tell you where it stands.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched. Just message us on WhatsApp with your name and order number. If you had paid by UPI, we refund it — see the Returns & Refunds page for how long that takes.
